Training for PegaProducts allows

  • Participant individual education schemes respecting both: the previous knowledge and the learning goals (e.g. the “role” the participants has to be educated for)
  • Support of self-motivated learning (easy access, self-evaluation, self-organisation)
  • High degree of modularity of training content to fulfil individual training demand

To enable this, the PegaProducts training arrangement consists of the following components:

  •  A virtual training environment (LMS) as integrating platform and basis for individual education portfolios
  • education elements (eLearning modules and standard training courses as face-to-face courses)
  • communication tools for collaborative learning and exchange of knowledge and best practice
