Learner Centric Communication

Several functions of the LMS enable learner communication in the context of PegaProducts education. These means will be used to

• Exchange information prior to face-to-face courses
• Enable learner-learner communication, e.g. in practice scenarios or introduction rounds
• Tutor post lecture practice phases

The means for this kind of communication are

• Chat rooms
• Forums

and are immanent parts of the education schemes.
