Online courses are the outcome of the combination of eLearning modules and learner centric communication, both available at the integrated learning management system.
 
Moreover, eLearning modules can also provide a case dependant preparation for training courses in a “Blended Learning” setting
The aim of this purpose is to form to the most extent possible “homogenous” groups of participants for the training courses.
