Since each customer has individual training requirements the seminars provided in the PegaTraining program are adopted to their roles and tasks.
Therefore, all courses are independent units which form a training kit allowing role dependent education schemes in a most flexible way.
As an example, the PegaPlan “Working with PegaPlan“ seminar focuses on tool use. And the seminars “GSM network planning with PegaPlan“ and“ UMTS network planning with PegaPlan“ concentrate on radio network analysis. Together they form the core elements for the education of radio network planners. The seminars together cover the basic subjects in the field of PegaPlan tool use and radio network planning. Each seminar lasts for about two or three days.
Besides regular face-to-face training courses which are most suitable for beginners to PegaProducts, E-Learning units provided on our learning management system (LMS) help to keep up-to-date with the further development of the tools. These units are subject and release oriented could be used in a flexible way and allow self-controlled learning by the trainees.
