23.06.2010 Presentation on the IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference (VTC)

A member of the PegaPlan development team joined the VTC in May 2010 in Taipei, Taiwan, which took place in the Grand Hotel. He presented an approach for the prediction of the location based orthogonality factor which is generally applied for UMTS radio network planning.
